Every house without an owner is up for auction. The highest bid
when the server next restarts wins, and the rent for the first
month plus the bid are taken in coins from the winner's depot in
the house's town. If the money is not there the house is
lost and the account is banned from the game for seven days.
Bidding needs a Premium Account. A character may own one house,
and a guild one guildhall — only a guild's leader may bid for a
hall, and holding one does not use up their own house.
